Body Fat Loss Methods and their effectiveness

I was fat from the beginning, from kindergarten to high school until I started my career. I think my condition came through my family. All of us were large and there was nothing to worry about it as we all love each other and lived together. There was not much fatty food around the house and the pot always went on the stove full of nutritious and healthy food. This is why I think it came from the family. My junk food consumption was very little and it was only when I’m away from my home.

When offered with my first job I was weighing well over 170 pounds. Even though I played a consultant role at a well established company I met a lot of people due to the business nature of the company. From day one I was promising to myself that I’m going to climb up the ladder and benefit from it to build a happy life for myself. My weight condition was bugging my head and also I knew it was going to hinder my dream. I started panicking but was very lucky to receive some great advice and comfort from my friends. As a result healthy cookbooks and health and nutrition articles started filling up my book shelves at my place. I actually started preparing healthy menus and played tennis as a workout during weekends. These healthy tips continued pouring in. During this period I felt great as my mind knew that I’m doing something to lose fat.

I got offered a new job in the same field. With the better package it needed more involvement in terms of traveling frequently and organizing more events. In the meantime I wanted to improve my professionalism to be more challenged. I invested more hours at home to achieve this task. Meeting my boyfriend was another special thing which happened during this period.

With all this was happening around me, I noticed my weight loss workout is not producing enough results. I was still a little too heavy. I made a tough decision, which was to scan through new body fat loss methods until I find quick weight loss results. Amazingly after two try outs I fond my success and it helped me to drop not only one dress size but 2 dress sizes in just a few weeks.
